HOW TO ATTEND
From the airports to the city center: Fiumicino Airport/Rome Termini Leonardo express non-stop train service departing every 30 minutes. The train departs from platforms 23/24 in Termini Station, and is guaranteed year around, even in the event of strikes. The cost of one way ticket is 14 euro per person. Tickets can be bought on line www.trenitalia.com (print the pdf file you will receive via email with confirmation of purchase) as well as self-service machines, authorized travel agencies and authorized selling points.
By Bus: from the Termini stop bus line 85 stopping in via Taranto (corner of via Aosta) from the Aosta stop proceed northwards and take via Taranto, turn right and take via Biella. At the roundabout take the first exit and take via Matera.
By metro: from Termini station, metro line A towards Anagnina, get off at the fourth stop Re di Roma stop.
From Tiburtina station, line B towards Laurentina, at the Termini stop change and take line A towards Anagnina, get off at the Re di Roma stop.
By plane: from Fiumicino Leonardo Express metropolitan train arriving at Termini station from Ciampino Terravision bus arriving at Roma Termini station.
How to move around Rome
BIT (€1.50) valid for 100 minutes from the first validation; only for one ride on buses, trams and trolleybuses; on urban metro/train routes, even using different lines, but without passing through the turnstiles.
ROME 24H/48H/72H ticket (€7.00/€12.50/€18.00) valid 24/48/72 hours from the first validation for unlimited journeys (buses, trams, metro, trolleybuses and Cotral coaches) to interior of the city of Rome. Tickets can be purchased at the main ticket offices, as well as at automatic ticket machines and at newsstands/tobacconists in the foyer of Termini station.
